Read & Make: Getting Ready for Winter

This week's story time was largely inspired by the book Hibernation Station by Michelle Meadows.  I thought it was so cute that I planned a whole story time around it!  Here's my "getting ready for winter" or hibernation story time activities:

A collage style fall tree - just have kids tear up and glue their pieces of paper to a larger piece of paper to work those fine motor skills!
